I'm kinda hoping we aren't just seeing combat in these darkened arenas. You got a really nicely crafted world and landscapes, I'm hoping the fights are more like what it was with that giant.

Historically accurate, except for all of this shit. Lets look at some giants.
Another game that looks like it has nice DoF but it looks a bit meh on this because of macroblocking.

Hellblade 2 will be exactly what 1 was... and while I liked it, it had a very bland forgettable gameplay. i dont remember anything about actually palying it.
this seems identical and even more pretentious... idk if I will play it just for graphics.

I am confident saying, plague tale requiem is probably better
If HB2 is similar to HB1 it'll be:

Primary focus: Unskippable cut scenes and lots of acting and dialogue

Secondary focus: Graphics

Last focus: Gameplay

The combat and puzzles were very bad in t5he first Senua.
I really hope they improved these things for this sequel. A lot.

That's what I am saying.
Forspoken is LEGIT good game. not only in comparison.

but Immortals of Aveum (which I am yet to play more) looks way better and it's combat is 10x more exciting than this avowed crap beating on 7yo lizards lol
Man, in a few years forespoken will be charged with historical crimes in the same league as Cosby and Saville

I was surprised ninja theory didn’t just give Xbox their god of war after the good they did with heavenly sword. Should have built on that foundation instead of these boring ass games.

they talk about anything but the gameplay. muh feelings this and that and nothing about how does it feel to play

Hellblade feels like one of those projects where everyone involved has convinced themselves it’s brilliant.

Hellblade worked as a 2 hour little digital download.

This looks like the exact same thing, but with even less game. Its been 5 years and they can't even show more than a few seconds worth of total gameplay. At this point, why not just make it a show? This looks like an Until Dawn style experience, but with no choices.
