I'm picking up my 360 tomorrow morning after confirmation from the GAME store. The manager said that all deposit paid pre-ordered 360's will be allocated tomorrow. The GAME Store I have ordered from has 175 deposit pre-orders and everyone will get one. ASDA and Tesco do have units for sale to the general public, ASDA queues are already forming and they are giving out chairs, tea and mince pies at most store. Tesco is not letting anyone queue until 4pm. It seems all the GAME chains are able to fully supply the pre-orders also. However no Premium units will be available and only a small quanity of core units. By the way anyone who pre-ordered from GAME theres an error with regarded to the bundle prices given in your confirmation leaflet, in that the best deal 4 games of your choice plus Condemend £449.99 should have been 3 games of your choice plus condemed. If the shop tells you they are not doing this bundle anymore, show them the leaflet and they will honour it. That works out at £35 a game.

If your local tesco is open 24 hours, will they be selling them at midnight? I kind of actually doubt my Tescos will be selling them..I don't think they sell any electronic stuff at all 
I was all pumped ready to go out and hunt one down tomorrow, but now I'm not so sure anymore :/ I'm thinking I'll prob be able to pick one up closer to christmas OK, but maybe that's being complacent.

Hmm wonder if going to queue at a tescos round here is a good idea, i got one pre-ordered at dixons for tommorow but i know someone else who wants one quite badly. Bet its far too late to get one now. Theres a massive asda and pretty big TESCO near where i am at the moment (bristol), dunno if its worth going though.
I very much doubt its going any better over here, already just heard over the radio that ASDA are sending complaints to microsoft about their complete lack of allocation, and Dixons and tesco aren't happy either.

We had like over 50 pre-orders for the premium (we had to stop a week after taking pre-orders) and 20 gamers will get their X360 tomorow, along with 8 retards.
Im one of the lucky guys with premium, it was a thing of beauty. I stepped into the office, and there it was, a whole cage full of white and green boxes :drool.

We will get some in before Christmas, we have agood relationship with MS. But, its most probably Core pack, i could put you down for onw if you want. You should have asked me last week, you would have got core pack for sure this week. We only had 2 down for core last week.
On another note, theres one lady that has one core and premium reserved, i think thats unfair.
I dont think Kingstonw ill be that great for stock plus you have to compete with 90% students 
Well i am nearer to Croydon which is much bigger. But for girls maybe yeah Kingston is better? The Odeon there is good. I think the biggest Odeon in the UK. Purley Croydon might be a good place to get the xbox 360 i'm thinking s people dont really go to the supermarkets there for games plus you have comet, toysrus and Currys there.

Wait, shit...I should have checked this thread before. My Asda's like a 2 minute walk from me, I could totally have gone and got a free mince pie than scarpered.
Got to Tesco at about quarter to seven. They had ten premium packs and ten 'tard packs, and there were eighteen 360-purchasing people in the queue, and the first ten had put their names down for the premium packs. The queue had started at 2pm. Shortly after I arrived, number twenty turned up, and they roped us in and put up a big sign saying that the XBox 360 was out of stock. At about eight, number 21 arrived and decided to stick it out on the off chance that someone would change their mind. Kudos to him for sticking around for four hours knowing that he was almost guaranteed to miss out on the system. There was free tea and coffee, and to cut a long story short I am now an officially certified retard, complete with copy of Kameo. I'm off into town tomorrow to see if anywhere has memory cards, hard drives, wireless controllers or any of the games that were sold out before I got the front of the queue.

It sucks that I don't have enough cash to join in the launch this time around. I love the feeling of rushing home to set up a new console; power walking down the street and eyeing any potential thugs who might steal it out of your hands but at the same time making sure they can all see that you've bought one...
