As it was said before, that's probably just prototype (or dev?) hardware in a protective case, meant for lugging around GDC and similar functions without as many concerns for the safety of the electronics inside.

That's actually kinda nice if you got rid of the handle. For a concave look, drop a bowling ball on it. That should do the trick.

I don't care if it has a handle or not. It looks fucking ugly with or without. I hope it looks a lot better.

That's pretty plain, and ugly. The front is nice, but otherwise, it's a slab of plastic, like a laptop. I hope there's more to the shape than that. PEACE.

got me I just accidently ran into it on my hard drive ... saw that it was white ... the front was a little concave ... figured why the hell not, lets see what GAF has to say about this
