Tell me if I'm off base here, but I seem to recall a general principal that stores cannot advertise that which they do not have. It's not quite a bait and switch, and if someone has the exact term for it, I would be grateful. When I worked at Gamestop, I remembered pulling Game Boy Advances on the Monday of thanksgiving break because we had put them in our print ad for Black Friday and wanted to ensure we had some to sell, so as not to be accused of this practice. Is this generally still done? If Best Buy's print ad includes the Xbox 360, do they not have to have a handfull available when the store opens?
