You can buy credit from the MS store just change the region to what you want and you can buy the credit using Paypal. Or you can try other sites like G2A or pcgamesupply, which may give some better prices.

Capcom hasn't really supported BC very well. Dark Void and some XBLA titles, but not much that people actually want.

I own both and they are both fantastic. If you can afford it buy both. Otherwise, Overwatch edges Titanfall 2 by the smallest of margins.
