Xbox Live Gold Sale

It's after rebate. I've heard some bad stuff about trying to get rebate money from TD. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about biting on this one.

My shopping cart shows: $44.99.

Edit:

List Price: $59.99
Instant Savings: - $15.00
Price: $44.99

$15.00 Mail-in Rebate

It's 4myrebate which every company seems to use now (eVGA included) so it should be ok.
I include a printed copy of the UPC and packing slip / order though.

They've ripped me off before with rebates, so buyer beware.

My mouth dropped open when I unsubscribed from their email deals shortly afterwards. Their 'Why are you unsubscribing' web page actually had a drop down option for 'Never received my rebate check'. So they were acutely aware they were ripping people off and were actually tracking consumer dissatisfaction.

My gold is about to run out and I want to keep it for DOA5 so I'll probably get this. Even if I don't get the rebate I still save $15

Hmm, so you are upset because they are aware of the problem and tracking how many dissatisfied customers they have from a third party service they use... and you'd rather them be unaware and you not be able to properly voice your dissatisfaction.

He'd probably rather them give him the money they owe him.
