Xbox One adds Xbox 360 backwards compatibility

i think it won't. There's a really good PC version which would be very easy to port to XB1 (already DirectX and x86) and has high res textures. Plus, extra money.

I'd actually prefer an Xbone/PS4 version, but I think that ship has sailed (no pun intended).

Come on MS ...

Just make the official annoucement.

Monday is as good a day as every other one :D

I think they are getting ready to drop the bomb soon. Heard some more rumors that the list of games Is more extensive than even I thought. It's pretty exciting.

The backwards compatible Streets of Rage Xbox One store listing mentioned being released on November 3rd. I'd bet a jr. bacon cheeseburger that we get the full list of titles tomorrow and that the full range of titles is available to preview members (please).

Or maybe just Streets of Rage.

I Still Believe

Great news :D

But I still hope they make it a habit to release 10 (??) new BC games every first of the month or something.

I don´t want a big list now and they months pass and we here nothing about new titles.

I still have 360 games in my ready to install list that I absolutely have not bought and cannot download on 360. But they're there and working for some reason.

Wonder if they'll disappear on the 12th...

Do you share home consoles with another person? If so their 360 games would appear in your ready to install list.

That's weird, just curious do they show up on your owned games?

No they don't, although the XBLA trial versions do appear in my download list on 360, having downloaded them years ago.

What like?

Just Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie

Nope, not shared. In fact the console was factory reset recently as part of the NXOE stuff and since then only my profile has ever signed in. They're still in the list.

So overall there's no reason I should be able to play the full versions of these. But they've been there since day 1 of the BC preview. I've since bought Rare Replay digitally, so now there's 2 versions of both games in the install list.

Factory reset doesn't remove home console, go to settings, my xbox or something like that.

All that shows is that it is my home console. No info about anyone else. Is there a way to check? I guess it's possible that someone else has set my Xbox as their home. I can think of a few people that would have signed in previously with their gamertag (before the reset) but don't yet have their own Xbox One.

YES!

I know this is asked on the last couple pages, but just a repeat, any news on what kind of prices we can expect?

We need a big sale on BC games so I can grow my digital backlog and play Halo 5 instead of any other game

Where can we check a *true* list of compatible 360 titles at the moment, not promised to come.

Or: Are Red Dead Redemption and Lost Odyssey playable?

Mass Effect DLC sale is weak? They only happen like once a year.
I went and bought everything, hope the whole trilogy makes it to BC soon
