Ugh, we had all this shit with the Xbox One before. It's like their engineers don't understand how RGB works at all.

I had this problem with the NA version. It took two system restarts for the Xbox to recognize the game.
That's interesting, I'll have to give it a try.Yay, my combo disc is finally working again! Just got Pac-man and Galaga installed. i guess service was just glitchy. Of course the disc needs to be in the slot to auth, but it plays fine!
I'm not privy to anything regarding that, but I hope so too.Any chances they'll put up SF2: Turbo HD Remix in the future? Or any of Capcom's fighting games for that matter?

Downloaded my free copy of Borderlands. The controls are sluggish as hell. I don't remember the game playing like this on 360. Input lag strikes again?
It's because of licencing issues with that "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked" song, isn't it?No input lag for me, BUT I'm trying to figure out where the Game DVR functions went.

For the people who have Alan Wake, hows it running on XB1?

If memory serves me right there's 6 chapters but they're quite lengthy compared to other games. The entire game is about 15 hours long. How many episodes does Alan Wake's story have? An episode a day will get me through it before the end of the month, right?
Digital Foundry provided a pretty thorough answer.
Performs better and more consistent than on the 360. Suffers from black crush.
Whatever happened to Soul Calibur? I was really hoping for that one.
Oh shit I should pay more attention then.It got released awhile back. I have it installed on my system (US region) just fine.

Time to use these bing rewards.

I sank an hour or two into SotN and Borderlands, both feel rather good.
SotN felt like it responded really quickly to inputs, probably the best out of all the BC games so far.
Borderlands has the same stick issues as Dirt where the xbox one controller is way too twitchy with it's analog settings, I had to drop borderlands ingame aiming speed down a bit so I would stop over aiming, ran about as good as I remember from years ago but I only played for an hour, bigger battles will most likely feel different.
Is Doritos Crash Course any good?
I hope so because I love Doritos and I love racing
is this insider info? any update about VF5FS?Yeah...as long as you are referring to SC1 and not SC2HD, 4, or 5. Currently only Soul Calibur is BC atm. SC2HD was in testing and there was some confusion about it being a European release in place of a game that released in the US, but as far as I know it hasn't come out anywhere yet.
Do you have a Windows 10 machine in the house? Bonus if it is a laptop.
Setup in-home streaming in the same room. Plug Xbox 360 controller into Win10 box.
View game on TV, use controller hooked up to PC. Ignore the streamed image on your Win 10 box.
Viola, you are using an Xbox 360 controller on the Xbox One.
Thanks. I'll probably finish it at the end of the next weekend.
Yeah, each episode is 2 to 3 hours long. That goes for the two DLC episodes which are fairly different to the main game and well worth playing.

The PS3 is a whole different beast and Sony don't have virtualisation experience. Even if it was MS trying to run the PS3 on a PS4, I'd be very shocked if they managed to pull it off.
It's not apples to apples and it's not just raw power.
Because of the PS3's architecture probably.
The PS3 is a single PowerPC chip and 6 floating points processors (one is disabled to improve yield and one is used by the OS). I would be surprised if the PS4 can emulate those 6 SPEs in real-time.
The 360 you can at least give a One core to each emulated core, and you have leftovers to use after that. Microsoft also is helping the One out immensely with what appears to be a pre-bake strategy where they preconvert a lot of instructions to X86.
PS4 doesn't even have enough cores to map 1:1 to the PS3 in emulation and have any left over to help the emulator along. It's not a direct comparison between the two hardwares - the PS3 was a CPU beast.

Can Lost Odyssey please be compatible? I'll instabuy an Xbox One for this game to be compatible ;;
You mean you finished watching season 2. The last episodes have yet to air.
I don't say this to be pedantic but because it's a genuinely exciting thing to think about.
Track down the live action Alan Wake tie in. I think it was called bright falls. It was very good.

How much longer must we wait for Skate 3???? Every time I see this thread on the front page I get my hopes up.
