Yes, you don't really have to bother where your save is, in the end. The only potential issue is if you originally have old 360 saves that you want to transfer to Xbox One, you need to upload those to the cloud and for that you need both a 360 console and a gold account.

My god after hearing about all those Scorpio improvements for 360 games I think I will hold off on playing any more BC games until it comes out. Hopefully it will be able to run NGII with out any slowdown during the stairs fight.

Stairs fight is patched out of the game on 360.
If ninja gaiden goes BC, it will be the updated version with no option to remove the patch like you could on 360.

I had no idea that was the case. Man that sucks, that would have been awesome with the new insanely powerful hardware we are getting.

Nope. Really seems like major news days for the brand usually means "No BC games" for that day, or at least nothing major.

Right before reaching the final boss, my Ninja Gaiden 2 would crash in that black hallway everytime. To fix it, I had to remove the patch by clearing the cache on the 360 harddrive and not downloading the patch when booting the game.
Playing with and without the patch, the staircase battle was severely reduced in enemy volume. As far as I remember there was basically no enemies after the patch.
Granted this was a few years ago, I'm like 99% sure it was removed though.
Either way, I'm pretty sure there is no way to remove patches on Xbox One, because it downloads the latest version of the game from the servers.
On 360 you could remove the patch or just play offline with the disc.

I just subscribed to EA Access to play the oriiginal Mass Effect Trilogy only to find out, that Mass Effect 1 runs in german. German is my native language, but my Xbox One is set to english and i have no intention to play the german version. And all because I have an Austrian IP adress? Why, EA, WHY?
Can't remember if it's the same for all of them, but try switching your console to German then look in the store for the English voices pack.
Wait - you can play the ME games with BC on EA Access? Dayum!

Thats odd, I could buy Catherine from the european store and Im in China. Some titles are region locked for me though.

Is it pretty much a given that I'll never get the MGS HD collection on Xbone?
EA access is the best deal in gaming. $2 a month gets you an entire game Library instantly.
I'm hoping Microsoft and Activision add the 360 Crash games (Mind over Mutant and Crash of the Titans) to Backwards Compatibility. I know neither game is supposed to be good, but as a huge Crash fan they're the only console titles in the series I haven't played and I'd like to check them out at some point.
The deciding factor for when/if both titles become BC may be the Crash N.Sane Trilogy, and whether Sony's (timed?) exclusivity could prevent both games from showing up. While I doubt anyone without a PS4 would consider Mind over Mutant and Crash of the Titans to be suitable alternatives, Sony probably wouldn't be too happy if both games became BC around the time the N.Sane trilogy launches. Hopefully they come sooner rather than later.

I'm pretty sure the HD Collection and Peace Walker were on EvB's master list from way back when. With SH: Downpour and a couple other Konami titles being BC, I wouldn't give up hope just yet.
I would love it if both of those games and the 360 Spyro game came over as well. Want to play through them (own both Crash's) finally, and I wouldn't be surprised if they do come.
Would Microsoft and Konami have to get Capcom's approval for it because of a secret

Tuesday's and Thursday's at 12PM EST is when they get announced. If it's like 12:10 and no post by Major Nelson on twitter, then there is nothing ready
Also, welcome!
They're usually on tuesdays and thursdays, but they don't always add new games
if there's anything, tuesday or thursday in a given week.
