Are the 360 assecories available for purchase anywhere? I know the games are but are the assecories? I would really like to pick up the VGA cable so I can get as much as I can before launch. Thanks.

I was at Target yesterday and they had pretty much everything out. Saw the component cable, hard drive, headset, wireless adapter, controllers, etc., but I unfortunately can't remember if they had a VGA cable. I'm sure EB or Gamestop probably has one by now.

i saw it at best buy yesterday. it was the only place ive seen it for sale. on a side not, i actually saw the hard drive for sale at target

Thanks guys. Ill probly try target today before work. I dont think Best Buy will have them just for the sole fact that they said they were holding everything until launch when I went in to get PGR3.

The Target by my house has a bunch of stuff for sale as well. I picked up a wireless controller and the charge kit.

They also had all of the stuff GitarooMan mentioned, as well as some faceplates and a bunch of games. Kameo, PGR3, FIFA, NBA 2K6, NBA Live 06, American Wasteland, and maybe a few more that I can't remember.

Both Best Buys in town had their 360 stuff out when I stopped in yesterday. Faceplates, remotes, controllers, play-n-charge packs, batteries, wireless adapters, cables, they had it all in addition to third party gear like the Logitech Harmony remote (which I picked up) and some cheap-looking console stands.

I'd like to pick up another wireless controller and another P&C kit, but I can't find 'em around here...
-EB#1: Had only enough controllers for the pre-orders. I managed to con my way to get a P&C kit though
-EB#2: Nothing selling 'till 22nd (what?!).
-Target: Nothing except the remote and some cables.
-Walmart: Nada.
-Best Buy: Nothing selling 'till the 22nd (WHAT?!)

Today I plan to check out another BB, another Target and my local Game Express to see what I can pick up.

So i know the wired controller can work on PC. Can the wireless one work on PC as well?

appearantly the word is no. the plug and play only charges, it doesnt transmit data, so until MS makes a dongle or something i guess were SOL

No. The P&C Kit doesn't turn the controller into a "wired" controller. Even when it's plugged in, the controller is still operating via wireless connection. The P&C cable is for charging and that's it.
