This is whats being brought up about the it being developed by Factor 5. I personally though Factor 5 was some sort of 2nd party developer for the PS3.

Totally. Their games stood out from the rest; the industry really doesn't need less socio-political satire with high production values and plenty of charm. I'm not sure I ever really liked the games themselves, but that's almost besides the point.
