Yup, I have become addicted to yogurt. In the past 2 days I finished 3 of these:

How bad is that? I mean sugar wise. It says 5g but I cant translate that for my idiotic brain.

I got addicted to yoplait whips last year. It's whipped and light and airy, and so f'n good.

Those three were my favorite. They also have chocolate, but you should avoid them.
