DragonBall Z Budokai 3 is flashy, dumb fun...but on any setting, you get to Kid Buu and he's twice as hard as any the bastards you fight up to that time. I've whittled him down to almost no power with basic dodge dodge throw turtling, but then he starts getting mean. I'm talking, try and do anything else and he'll teleport behind your ass and kick you in the head mean.
Ugh.
And coming back to the dumb part, going super saiyan only increases your power a slight bit and drops your defense--honestly, you're almost better off staying in regular mode.
