And this year the world recognizes that.

Let the truth be told.

I would like to point out that this picture was taken after he put a Michigan linebacker who DARED to touch him on his wolverine ass.

Why would you want anyone to win the Heisman. It is basically means you will be shit in the NFL. The only success in the last generation has been Charles Woodson and it can be argued that his Heisman was because he returned kicks and was great at receiver/flanker in addition to corner, and that Ty Law is the better cover corner.

The Heisman is a fraud! Jason White, who can't even stick as a minicamp QB in the NFL, won over Eli! What the hell is that? Not to mention Peyton getting robbed by the ESPN conspiracy backing Woodson. The award is bullshit! Jason Freaking White? C'mon!

Eddie George and Ricky Willaims.

First tragedy, then farce.
the early contenders have to be:

Leinhart (SP?)
Adrian whatever the fuck from OU.
Bush
that guy from Ohio State, I cant remember his name, WR/return man IIRC
and Vince Young

If Vince Young does what he did in the Rose Bowl on a consistent basis, consider it over though, ESPN will be all over his jock.

Mike Hart could be up there too. He ran for like 1450 yards(another 250 recieving) after not playing hardly at all the first 3 games. A couple of those teams he really could have ran it up against.

Who gives a shit about the Heisman anymore? They don't even get drafted. Brian Brohm and Michael Bush will be the best RB/QB combo in the nation this year. UL to the BCS baby.

Leinart is the obvious early favorite, with Bush and Peterson right behind him...

I only wish Vernand Morency had returned, I think he had a real shot to be a nominee.

As big a Chris Leak fan as I am, and as much as I think Vince Young could be the second-coming of Vick, the Heisman Trophy belongs to the kid who got absolutely freaking robbed this year, Adrian Peterson. Just mail the bitch in this year, it's his to lose. If you say otherwise, you obviously weren't watching any college ball last year. PEACE.
