What type of noodle gets stuffed for manicotti. Those are great.

I make good macaroni.

I hate spaghetti.

I voted orzo. Yeah, that's right. The soup pasta. The underdog. The one you all overlook while you worship your spaghetti and penne like basic carb cultists. Come at me bro! I'll throw handfuls of uncooked orzo at you like Italian ninja stars.

Hmmmm would have to be Spaghetti or Linguine with a base of a dick load of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, anchovies, olives, capers, chilli, oregano.

Then I add fresh tomatoes and some sea food (sea bass/sea bream/shrimp or tuna).

For garnish I switch it up but it usually contains either parsley or basil. Lemon juice or parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.

Mostly lived off penne and spaghetti for the last decade or two but recently moved back to tagliatelle and holy shit is it good stuff

When I used to be able to eat pasta, I used to love pappardelle. Which is like tagliatelle. It was great with bolognese. But I love all pasta really except angel hair and I don't really like gnocchi very much, it's too doughy. Of the listed probably tagliatelle or penne.

I'm a simple man, I like Fusilli with meat sauce. The sauce and meat bits (and parmesan) get stuck in the little twirls...

Spaghetti as it's the 1 i make 99 percent of the time, but i like Tagliatelle as well, never heard of some of them, but i really like Italian food made properly.
