But basically, yes -- DS Zelda is NOT Four Swords. It's pretty far in development, too; he said the only reason they didn't show it is because they wanted to keep the focus on Twilight Princess at E3. He said we'll hear more about it soon.
That's all I can say for now.![]()
jarrod said:I don't mind really as Minish Cap was a bit of a let down. Makes me think the Oracle twins were probably so amazing because EAD stepped in and gave Capcom a hand the last year of development. Flagship + CPS1 + EAD seems to be the real winning formula.

I guess this is the result of RE4 being announced for PS2 before it even launched on the Cube.
Anyways, I'm interested to see Zelda DS. And I agree with the others to make it cel-shaded. Interesting.

It really is in the magazine (I'm a subscriber). I'm taking that release list as fact now. Bring on the Nintendo Tetris.Memles said:Game Informer scan had it listed as a 2D DS Title. The scan was all over the place, and its validity was widely questioned (Although it was where Twilight Princess as a subtitle popped up). It also listed other, still non-confirmed titles as being future releases.
Taichu said:Awesome news. 4 Swords was pretty lame IMO. I was worried Capcom would do the DS Zelda, but I'm VERY relieved it's from Nintendo. I hope it's 3D. DS can handle a Zelda in the OoT/MM style.
