Sorry if this has been asked before. But I was wondering how digital PS3 to PS4 upgrade works. Basically, I don't have a PS3 anymore. But a game I want is $39 on Amazon (digital code). Do I just log on to PSN's website (with my PS4 account), and input the code there? And then on my PS4 when I go to the game for PS4 it will be $10?
Or can I just get the digital PS3 code, and input it in my PS4?
EDIT: For more clarification. Amazon offers a digital code for PS3 games. Basically, I'm trying to redeem the code so it ties Battlefield 4 to my PSN account, so I can upgrade it for just $10 on my PS4. Don't have a PS3 anymore though. So is it impossible to do this?

I've already played them so I'm basing my purchases off the games looking better though. If it's 720p on PS3 I'll probably just skip it completely, there's enough games in March that crossing one off my list is a blessing in disguise. Dark Souls 2 and South Park should be enough... then there's fucking Infamous: SS if I even have the time.
I'm not sure about CoD specifically, but being in Denmark I haven't had problems with redeeming DLC or online passes when buying games from the UK.
As far as upgrade to PS4, again not sure if it's different in the case of CoD, but some friends of mine who upgraded BF4 did not get the DLC included with the PS3 version for the PS4, if they wanted it for that they had to buy it again.

It's not confirmed yet but they did say it was native res. I'm hoping it's 1080p though. It's not a resource hog game anyway.

Someone needs to update the OP with when the PSN store updates. I can't believe we're 7-8 years into the PSN networks life and people are still wondering why X game isn't on the store or why Y game hasn't gone free on PSN+ yet when it was announced for this month.

Lol. I have a friend who absolutely refuses to get Plus until he gets a PS4. I gave him the one month trial that came with my system and he got to play Hotline Miami and some of the other freebies.
Now he told me he bought Brothers and he's thinking of getting Hotline Miami. Why not just spend the extra $15 and get Plus? It doesn't make any sense to me. It has nothing to do with game ownership either.

Have you told him about the free PS4 games he can get now? All the other great PS3 games he can get? It's a little baffling why he won't if it's not because of ownership.
On a side note, will he even be able to buy Hotline and Brothers if he got them once through Plus?

That's too bad about Ubisoft... Rayman Legends was great, and the Vita version actually delivered the touch-hybrid experience. Too much manifest bomba destiny.

No look closely, there's a layout bug, the "3" is at the top right. I made the same mistake at first.
