I understand why they're only going until the end of Spring.

That said, sometimes I wish they would do an E3-level hour long direct showcasing their games and plans for the next YEAR, just so we know more about what to expect.

On one end, you can say they're saving it for later but I'm pretty sure that the audience of these directs wants updates on the biggest releases. We don't care that they're far away, we just want to know more; we want to be enticed.

More in the case of the Wii U than the 3DS though.
