Given the other prices I've it's pretty much the best deal you can get right now, although prices are guaranteed to get lower in the future but I say if you REALLY need to get your DK fix right now, go for it man.

I think I'll see how this direct goes and then make my decision. I know the price will plummet even further, but man - I just can't resist Tropical Freeze at the moment. Super Mario 3D World will go nicely with it too!
