Its the same length as their E3 Direct, may very well be the longest Direct ever. We also have tweets from Platinum, Sakurai and Soraya which 99% confirms bayonetta, Smash and X will be shown.

More than enough reasons to be hyped.

• After hype and a new video featuring footage we've already seen spliced together into a video package, Sakurai announces that Ridley makes his debut as a stage hazard.
• Iwata comes out and announces Mario 500. He says this isn't an evolution of the old game concept Mario 100, that it's called Mario 500 cause it's the 500th Mario game and Nintendo is proud to announce Mario 500th game with this exclusive title. It involves Mario save Peach from Bowser as he traverses levels.
• Zelda U is announced, it's actually a mini-game compilation based off Zelda dungeons with a story
• Metroid is announced to NOT be coming out for the Wii U till 2020.
• Reggie appears, anounces his retirement
• Iwata introduces the Wii U depend. Now you can take Wii U and take a shit without having to sit in the bathroom
• Iwata announces they are never going to make another F-Zero or Star Fox game again. Please understand.
• Retro announces that are making Donkey Kong Counter Returns: Bongo Buzz. You play bongos to traverse through levels playing as Kiddy Kong
• Pokemon Online for the Wii U is announced. It's a facebook-style app for Pokemon lovers that can communicate to each other through a very poor-graphic and dull landscape similar to the Kingdom Hearts mobile games.

What really hurts is that some of those don't seem that far outside the realm of possibility...
