How long does it take for support to get back to you if you got an xbone code instead of pc? I need to play this game as much as possible before i leave for my flight on sunday for a week.

i'll take that X1 code off your hands. dumb that they didn't send you the correct code.
 
I have a Xbox one beta code for the first person that produces a picture of their xbox one and "neogaf", so I know you actually own the console.

It was pretty awesome of the respawn guy to post 100+ codes for gaffers to augment thie process. He's not going to have an endless supply to give. All these straggles are people with extra because of it.

As far as this being a marketing ploy, it makes sense for it to not be an open beta. Otherwise, it would esentially be a demo, and we as consumers have ruined the practice of demos.

I couldnt even tell you what it said since origin kept going crazy on me when trying to register. I dont even know if it actually went through properly. I was likely supposed to see what you did. GAF codes I also thought was a cool addition. It was specificaly stuff like guessing what number theyre thinking or listen to such radio station.

I agree about demos and certainly dont see this as one either. I get why theyre doing closed beta and I dont expect a code to be handed to me although I admit it may appear that way. Perhaps I just learnt an additional lesson about the functioning of the industry since I have admittidly never watched a devs twitter during beta release before.

The time was purely because my download speeds make it difficult for me download things at a decent pace and this would have gone a long way to easing that up by leaving it to run all night. Not to mention these are going out at US time.

Anyway I dont want to derail this. Im angry at the stuff I saw last night and I may be saying some excessives things in spite which still would not excuse myself anyway. As a final question, if I get code how do I hide it in a post by qoute so I can pass it on to another gaffer?

To re-state / clarify, you were assuming you would get into a Beta that it was made clear that not everyone was going to get into. Or that you might get into in following waves during following days?

Yes I find it odd the amount of people breaking down about wanting to play it. However, look through the other Titanfall threads, and there are a plethora of people complaining about how it's nothing new, not running at 60fps/1080p, not interesting etc etc. I wouldn't at all be surprised if the same people bitching about the game previously are now tearing their hair out waiting for a code.

How did you contact support? They too gave me an Xbox key when I registered for a PC key. Heh.

I am being entitled and I really don't care at the moment, as is everybody else in this thread. This is also the only day I can play it, so I don't care if it comes later, because it will be useless for me.
 
Just got mine too! But only for one of the 6 email accounts I signed up with. If I get anymore, I'll send them your way. But be patient, I was losing hope. Hopefully ya'll get your codes within this hour too.

If you want to do a server stress you wouldn't want to limit the numbers (and that too this excessively). And what it is at the moment is a Release Candidate, not a beta. The testing is for the servers rather than the game code, which I assume is already finished seeing how the game is less than 28 days from launch.

Just wondering because scrolling through this thread there's a lot of codeless people who applied super early, so maybe the release of codes is random and not based on when you applied?

I pretty much signed up immediately and nothing for me yet either. Seems totally random.
