That's how it worked for me. But I also had a code mixup (they gave me an xbone code instead of a PC code which I asked for)

Assume it goes 'offline' if the wait time is above 60 minutes. Was gone for me and I just kept on refreshing. Although don't hold your breath once your inline. Assume it has some region checking in place or something (Or I missed the Origin Gold queue )
