Guys
It wasn't even our fault this time
We tried
We almost made it
But
It hurt itself in confusion
I can't
just another bump in the road.

If you're on mobile then yeahDid they move the commands to a separate chat? I see actual discussion now.
Don't forget we taught Cabbage Cut so it can't even damage Haunter with Absorb.Literally all the mechanics in the game are now against us.
- Haunter is poison so we can't poison him
- Struggle is normal type, so we can't hit him
- Enemies don't run out of PP, so he can't recoil himself to death
There's no way out. We can only watch Jesus Bird flail around now.
The chat is hilarious. "WHY THE HELL DID WE NOT TRAIN DROWZEE"
Also, it's so stupid those air attacks don't work on ghost-types. I mean, they're ghosts, blow hard enough and they just evaporate.
Clearly in league with flareon.
Do we get Exp Share when the bird gets to 50?

Flying affects Ghost in Gen 1 too. The issue is that Gust is not a Flying-type attack in Gen 1.One of the big problems with Gen 1. Gen 2 and onwards flying type does affect ghost.
Could somebody tell me at how much % of the game they are now?
I never finished a pokemon game.
That's correct it's exp all that's in this game it need 50 pokemon for it though.Thats not in this game
Edit: or so i thought?

Even if we struggle, will it even hit haunter, since its a normal type move?

This is the part where I can spam "I told you so," right? The chat is hilarious. "WHY THE HELL DID WE NOT TRAIN DROWZEE"
Why does the trainer / Haunter insist on using Lick when it does jack shit?
Judging by who we are facing red isn't the only person in this game dealing with multiple voices in our head.

It probably has a limited move pool, are some attacks prioritized over others?Judging by who we are facing red isn't the only person in this game dealing with multiple voices in our head.
Nope. Our only hope is for Haunter to land a Night Shade
NPC trainers have random AI unfortunately. Same with wild Pokemon. Gym leaders, Giovanni, and Elite 4 have a preferential AI based on type effectiveness. This is where one of the most infamous AI exploits in RBY comes from; if you have a Poison type against Lance's Dragonite, it will only use Agility because Agility is a Psychic type move and Psychic is supereffective against Poison, even though Agility doesn't do anything. It probably has a limited move pool, are some attacks prioritized over others?
Once we drop something in the Day Care, it is doomed to stay there forever. Also, theoretically, couldn't they have left a Pokemon in the daycare? With how many steps they take they could have easily gotten it to max level, which would be a good plan B for when Bird Jesus fails them or if they accidentally release him. And like another poster said couldn't have have just attempted to teach Jesus an actual flying move with Fly or another TM if they can get one?
