It looks like Persona 5 will really only be on PS3. I know some people held hope that it would come to Xbox, since Catherine did.

There is always hope for a cross gen port on PS4.

I was not expecting a localization announcement for this game so soon, especially before all of the other Persona games (most of which will presumably be released this year).

Really cool, though it's gonna be tough having to wait the 3-4 months after the Japanese release.
