The issue with Persona is that PS2 Persona games look better while newer Persona games generally work better.
PS2 Persona games look best.
PS3/4/5 Persona games play best in many ways and overall have better QOL than PS2 Persona games.
If Sony brings back the PS2 Atlus could easily make "The Best" Persona game with PS2 looks that takes advantage of newer gameplay and QOL improvements.

I only played P5 so that is what i voted, but if it is not the best of the series, being the masterpiece that it is, i should maybe try the others.
