1. It's level 22 because the chat can't switch it out or else everything else faints because it's such low level
2. It hasn't evolved because the chat spams b whenever its close to leveling, keeping it as a totodile

We're going to have to evolve Totodile sooner or later. Virtually every evolution has a major stat increase after evolving. An over leveled first evo vs a third evo is a fair fight. And eventually, we'll lose.

Watching them try to get into this pokecenter is painful. People realise they have to go left so they end up overshooting it, then when they realise they have to go right the opposite direction is spammed. We need more people to spam start to cope with the delay.

Just give Totodile all the glory for now. Catch some reasonably leveled Pokemon later in the game; trying to level our current scrubs is an exercise in futility.
