Sometimes I do. I was in there when we got trapped by the trainer in Red and when we kept trying to put AA-j in the first slot before the Elite 4. It's just hard to get a conversation going and figuring out what to do next.

Pokemon that evolve by level are a lost cause. However, pokemon that evolve by happiness might have a chance, but only 1 chance, if they miss the first evolution they're done for. You also can't stop stone evolutions from happening, but good luck getting a stone and using it on anything.
