Wow, that was a good guess I made. I thought the stockings were something BaS Elizabeth might wear, but what really made me think of Bioshock was the art deco pattern on the base.
I kind of prefer BaS Elizabeth. But I think that may be because I saw standard Elizabeth so much when I played the game the first time around. That, and the BaS version is dressed the part of the sexy damsel like in the old detective novels.

I'm no One Piece fan, but I really like the design of this Rebecca character going up for order tonight. Sporting that Red Sonja-style metal bikini and all... I think I might try to snag her. When do HLJ and N-Y update in relation to AmiAmi? This figure is supposed to go up for order at 16:00 JST....

Good luck. I'll be trying to get her, as well, but One Piece pre-orders are always a vicious battle [even more when it's of an attractive female ~_~].
As for the times, AmiAmi/HS are usually right at 16:00 JST, but HLJ can take a bit longer. I'm not entirely sure of N-Y's update time, unfortunately, but I don't believe they're as strict as AmiAmi/HS.
By the way, AmiAmi will likely crash. It always does.

One Piece fans are insane, I guess? I just happen to like this one. I can't really stand the anime.
I wouldn't say most end up at decent prices. Some of the POP figures I want are in the $200-500 range, and they're not exclusives. The POP figures that end up being for sale cheaper later on are the ones people would be most exposed to, unless they're aware of the ones that are long sold out and more wanted by the used figure market.

I was trying to look at how prices have changed for One Piece POP female figures in the past for predicting how Rebecca's price might change...
-Sailing Again set dropped in price (maybe they made too much?)
-Bikini figures dropped in price
-NEO and NEO-DX set increased in price (e.g., Boa Hancock and Sadie still sell on Mandarake for 10000 yen... I spent like 16000 yen each on a NEO Nami and a NEO Vivi last year)

I was thinking about that, too. But MegaHouse circa 2006 wasn't as passable quality-wise as they are now.
She's cheap enough that it wouldn't bother me. I think I'm going to take the plunge!

I actually ordered mine from HS since I'm not 100% sure if I'm going to keep her or not. At least this way I have a few days to decide/cancel, but I'll try to grab one at HLJ if I can [and subsequently cancel my HS pre-order].

I'm not even a One Piece fan, I just like the character design, and she doesn't seem to have ridiculous proportions like some characters have.
