Also a what time does they enable to download preordered games, at midnight?

I played 30 mins of the original Infamous. That's all I know of the series.

Though I've seen the two initial trailers when it was revealed last year.

This is sort of a reboot as far as the story goes so going in blind can't hurt here.

so i was watching the video on destructoid and they mention how they dont have a true day night cycle but render things according to the location because they cant make everything look nice during every time of the day?

so how does that tie in with infamous being open world ? i get time shifts while accepting missions but do they restrict where you can go during a mission? otherwise whats stopping me from just randomly roaming around during a mission apart from a timeline? and say between missions just exploring the city during whatever time it is?
