No. The stock situation for the PS4 in February was very tight. I couldn't find a PS4 for $399 anywhere all last month.

When did the TF bundle first get announced? Was that in February? If so I think sales toward the end of February for the Xbone must have tanked.

Announced Feb 24 so 5 days of Feb sales affected at most. What's more interesting would be if there were a signficnt number of returns in that period or the first week of march

I don't think there's any chance of that. Had the TF bundle been announced early in February, then I would say it's possible, but it was announced 5 days before the end of February.

I don't feel like the majority of purchasers are smart enough or patient enough to go and return their consoles and wait for the TF bundle, even if they heard the news.
