No thats August or something. Trying to not get stuff until Free! figures and figma go up and maybe Kise or Aomine get dated. Free! and Kurobas are priority...and maybe if Haikyuu!! gets one.

Exactly, people keep saying he's 15 or whatever but he didn't exactly look it in the anime (I actually completely forgot they were all supposed to be in their early teens). Hell even in the manga he never really did look that young, but then again the art's generally all over the place.

Makes me wonder what Koto'll do with Levi tbh...he'll probably look like a right debonair bishounen lol. Tall, slim face and everything lmao.
 
The only thing keeping my Amiami order is the Russia Army book. All figures are in stock, figma Strenght included. Still no news from HobbySearch about Olivia/Calne. I have a feeling the latter will be delayed again.

Edit : People on MFC getting payment requests from Nippon Yasan for Calne, there's still hope!
Edit2 : Also, I'm starting a saving fund for when Smart Doll Miku comes out. The automated version. It's probably a couple years away since the Smart Doll(NSFW) is still a prototype, but you can bet Crypton will license a version of her to Danny Choo as soon as possible.

Also I can't seem to find what the difference was between Automatic and Manual versions.

I haven't seen any mention, but he said the Manual version would be the price of a Volks doll. I could see the price of the Auto being twice that. For reference, Miku Dollfie price is 62k JPY.

The difference between Manual and Auto is the robotics. Manual has a skeleton allowing posing, but no electronics. It'll be just a regular doll (with the Smart Doll frame and design). Auto is the robotised version.

Tbh the tech is all I'm interested in, but they HAVE to make a Miku out of it. If not, I'll settle for Mirai ;)

As long as the figure condition is at least a B, you aren't going to notice anything. If pieces are missing or busted, it'll be noted in red text in the column on the right.
 
Does anyone have any suggestions for how the hell to display 23/25" figures? I had ordered the Sideshow Wonder Woman Premium figure and now went for the Catwoman one but I have no flippin' clue where I'm going to put them.

I think Wonder Woman is too wide to put in a DETOLF.

Bestas are good and PAX units are great as well too. PAX units are bigger though so you can fit bigger pieces in them and space out your lighting from your statues easier. Another good forum is statueforum.com. They are a bit more 1/4 focused though.

Well remember Haikyuu are getting Banpresto figures that were unveiled at Jump Festa.
Dont know if it is something AmiAmi will put up for preorder since the first set is in August....

3D printers is likely the only way I'll ever get a Mitsuba figure.

Surprised that Kill Me Baby is even getting one.
 
I kind of want that Thraja figure now. I just randomly decided to buy an Elizabeth figure from Taito on amazon. Its pretty detailed and they also expedited shipping for free. I just received it today and im happy with it, was only 15 bucks.

Yeah some of those Taito persona prize figures are really good. The Chie, Yukiko, and Yu ones are better than the more expensive figuarts. Aigis and Teddie are good too, though the Rise from that line is tragic. Got rid of her on ebay.

Maybe USPS tracking is fubar right now? Japan post tracking for my alleyne/tharja shipment shows it in customs in LA, but USPS says it hasn't left Japan. That really sucks if they did send it to Sacramento.
 
there was a time that mandarake gave me the wrong tracking. I live in socal, and the package was in like alabama.

Needless to say I paniced and called. Only to have a random package a few days later lol.
 
HobbyLink would never hire me after seeing how many orders with them I've cancelled. Literally all but one. It got to the point where if I was considering ordering from them, I clearly didn't actually want the item that badly, so I don't bother any more :p

I have a figma Yukiko which is really nice. I might get the whole set aside Rise. Is it me or I just can never be satisfied with a pose for a figure, something always has to bug me.
