It has been awhile since we spoke about the leaks. It was amazing how we haven't found any source of the model that are used in the pictures. People can't even figure out if it's fake or not.
If it ended being fake, then I could say that it would be one of best fake in the video game history.

The crazy thing is that could be real, but possibly not the final design for palutena, so if she is revealed and doesnt look exactly like that we would be none the wiser.

There hasn't been any previous Palutena material to draw back to? For some of the other leaks, the "fighter" was pulled out of some previous game/screenshot
Does anyone know of any previous Smash's development in great detail? I would've thought that by this point (assuming the game is a summer/fall release) the team would be focusing on balancing and trophy/music additions. Remodelling a character should have been done by now. Then again, those "leaks" aren't dated...

Sometimes I wish the Love Arrow in The Last Story was a permanent item.

Heropon Riki is crazy man. He has all sorts of Status attacks (sleep/poison/stun/bleed/etc.), a healing move, counters/reflectors, like 25 spinning multi-hit attacks, and moves that can force topple/tripping.
He'd be like Metaknight except fun.

They've used the default white haired Robin portraits for a few random things in Japan, like the cd dramas. Kris, the previous avatar, also gets actually name dropped in Awakening, in spite of the player being able to change his name and such. We'd almost certainly get alternate hair colors for Robin with the color changes anyway, just likely not the different builds and hair styles.
Since I don't play FE I've just gone along with this line of thinking since that's what everyone says. I honestly can't form a proper opinion on the subject though. I'm almost tempted to consider Marth and Ike enough and let an Advance Wars rep in as the third Intelligent Systems strategy game rep. But that's just what I'd personally do.
I have and I really enjoyed it. Some aspects of it I'd love to see incorporated into other games.

Hades could still be a pseudo-clone, just because Medusa is a female like Paleutana, it doesn't really mean anything. Also I don't understand this reasoning at all. 3 characters is 3 characters. Only Sakurai can guess this sort of stuff,
It doesn't really mean anything when Zelda, arguably the second biggest franchise Nintendo owns has 2 uniques and 2 clones, and Kirby has 3 uniques.

Of course nobody knows what the final roster will be, I don't like the implication I'm lying/implying undeniable truths just giving my opinion. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Ganondorf wouldn't have made it to Melee if he weren't a clone, that was specifically said in the Melee Japanese site. The only reason he was in the game was because he had a build similar to Captain Falcon's. The same thing was true to all the characters on the "sides" of the Melee selection screen. So, being a clone does matter to some extent.
Of course, in the case of Melee Ganondorf, he was actually reusing most of Captain Falcon's animations, not just had a similar moveset, like in Brawl. Sharing a skeleton with Captain Falcon was what allowed that. So, you have to differentiate between characters that just have similar movesets and characters that actually share their skeleton and most animations with another character. The first isn't very different from a completely original character, but the second certainly takes less development time.
Sakurai usually seems to include transformations in his character counts. So, Zelda would have 3 unique characters by his count. And, like mentioned above, although Ganondorf still has a moveset similar to Captain Falcon's, he did receive unique animations in Brawl.
