Super Smash Bros. for 3DS & Wii U Thread 6: Final Destination confirmed for not fun

2. Brawl
3. Melee
4. 64

I just wanna play as my favourite Nintendo characters. Bigger roster = better game.
How competitive it is means nothing to me.
 
Few days left in the month. Wonder will sakurai do what he did at the end of october and revealed a "supposed" Special alt for someone if we don't get a vet.

Well either way it goes tonight, there will be an avatar sacrifice that will hopefully appease the gods upon Mt. Sora LTD.

My listing would be:

1. Brawl/Melee. (Pros & cons for both)
2. Smash 64

N/A. Project Mahvel (I still haven't played it, so I can't say)
 
Of the eight veterans announced on the official site, four were confirmed on a Thursday and four were confirmed on a Friday. I don't have high hopes for tonight, but I'm definitely expecting a character by the end of the week.

I like Project M's gameplay the best out of them all, but putting it on the list feels disingenuous just due to the fact that Smash is not limited to 1v1 tournament level play. Project M's only focus is on that, nothing more outside of that. While every other Smash Bros has SP content, variety of stages, and etc. If you're ignoring all of that to rank the games, then you are ignoring a large portion of Smash.

Of course, there is the possibility you don't care about all that other stuff in which case you should state that.

I haven't played much Project M, but I'm fairly sure you can do all the random item matches from Brawl in Project M too!

The fact you only mentioned items completely shows what I'm talking about lol. People are ignoring the other aspects of Smash.

You can play with items on, but that isn't what I was talking about at all. I'm talking about Classic mode, break the targets, event matches, and etc. Free-for-all is definitely not what PM has in mind. Then there is the stages and music (let's face it, Skyloft is terrible in PM, but a nice effort by them and putting a fucking Castlevania stage that is just a flat surface with 3 moving platforms is just lolworthy).

If he sticks to his 2 characters a month, could we possibly get a character Thursday and Friday?
 
One thing I like about ffa in PM is that the cpu doesn't gang up on the human player. Always hated that in brawl.
 
So... I think they're going to keep both Lucas and Ness in the new SSB.

Wii U version will have a stage based on Mother 1 or 2.

3DS version will have a stage based on Mother 3.

Yeah emb's avatar is broken for me aswell, ironically, this is the first time today ive seen khlover's avatar in months, he had a broken avatar for so long.

I agree but if you look at my post count you think I am just a passerby but I am about as hype as I can get, Just not able to get on here as often as I like and I don't like to use my phone if I don't have to, never been good at texting.

Oh yeah! The announcer was great in 64 especially at the 'versus screen' in Classic mode when he called out the names.

Yeah, I agree. My friends and I had to turn off a lot of them which kind of sucked. I didn't have to turn off as many in the older games.
