List of every PS4 game announced for 2014 so far – 100+ and growing (PS blog)

If titanfall is an exlcusive to xb1 by many standards then the games i mentioned should be considered ps4 exclusives as well.
 
Doesn't look like there are many RPG's. DA3 and ...? That's the biggest disappointment to me. I wish we had a big next-gen RPG (not Bioware) this year.
 
I really wish SCE was doing more with their internal teams to target small to midsize franchises that they've accumulated over the years. Put a team on a War of the Monsters remake already! No need for a SP story mode, just give me customizable monsters and gen8 worthy destructible environments in HD.

And there's a new Transformers game inbound?

Folks complaining about a lack of Japanese games....

Do you really care where they actually came from, country-wise? Why even pay attention to the origin?

I mean do you care that Next Level Games is Canadian? Or just that they made a pretty good Luigi game?
 
FF 15 are not on this list.
Yet SE still insists it is coming out this year.

The only thing I may have an inkling to play on that list is The Evil Within, which is also on PS3 on PC. I'm not interested in anything else. I suppose I need to wait another year for a PS4.

It better be simultaneous. I kickstarted it for the vita version not the PC version.
 
The only two games I care about are missing (Guilty Gear Xrd and Lily Bergamo).

So very few Japanese games in that list...

For me 4 games from this list are must have. Day 1 - The Order 1886. Watch dogs, Murdered and The evil within I'll buy too, but later.
inFamous has bought.
New Batman and new Assassin's - maybe.
Indie/digital isn't interesting me.

Lily Bergamo is probably the only game in that list that's coming out this year that I'm also interested in. At least, I hope it's coming out this year.

lol, not really though. There's over 30 video games coming out this year that aren't indies.

This is why you can't figure it. I hold nothing against indies, but the art direction is never terribly appealing and I've rarely found one in a genre I liked. AAA games aren't inherently better, and they have the same problems too, but they do have more games right now that I'm interested in.
 
I'm still getting good use out of my PS3 but between the games already released and the Spring lineup, I don't think I'll be able to resist much longer. I'm going to try and hold out for E3 but we'll see how that goes...
 
I have a lot to play, then. There's a few gaps here and there, which I'm sure will be patched the closer they get, but this list looks pretty great for the first year of a console.

Played EDF:IA.

Played EDF:2025.

Yeah, I would say there are situations where I care about where games are coming from.
 
Planning on getting AK and DAI for PC. So no go there for PS4.

Evil Within could be a buy for PS4. Waiting on a good price for Infamous. I still have no idea on what the order 1866 is about, but I've only ever really liked two TPS (RE4 and Dead Space).

I really wish From would have released DS2 on ps4, would be perfect for filling in gap during this time of the year. The one advantage it would have over PC would be ensuring no hackers in invasions and typically there are is more of a console community.

How could I forget about destiny? I think that is the strongest candidate for best console exclusive this year.
 
I'll get maybe 7-10 of those. I see very little to get excited about on that list.

I'm actually a little glad TBH. I'll be chipping away at the backlog this year.

Destiny's release date is unchanged. The summer goes to late September.

As for that Transformers game, lol it's a movie tie-in game that will be using Cybertron continuity as well as Bayformers.

Oh I had no doubts it would be a terrible transformers game. I was simply surprised that I hadn't heard of it yet, that's all.

Best thing about this list is new info about when things are being released. Atleast on a seasonal scale. Thank god. Like knowing The Witness is ready for Autumn is nice to know. I like knowing both Transistor and The Witness will release in 2014.
 
Out of all the games listed, the only one that appeals to me is Sniper Elite 3.

Don't you just hate posts like this? :)
