Really hope an April direct announces the remaining Brawl veterans, and then an E3 Direct gives an August release date with a few new entrants.
Well you're in for disappointment.

Lol it actually could now that you mention it. You're stuck with the next A move you use until it gets knocked off or you press B to drop it. The move does double damage/knockback though. Same for specs except with A and B reversed.Choice Band could TOTALLY work man!

It'd be pretty silly and unintuitive though. Definitely not a good fit for a Smash item.

Pic of the day. The Gust Bellows can blow opponents away with its powerful wind blasts. When someone drops it, though, the gusts run wild! Out of the new items, more than a few will be from The Legend of Zelda series. We'll take the most interesting and straightforward ones and reformulate them to match the Smash Bros. world.

The character that they're using to hype us after April's character drought will be Pichu.
Also, I'm going to be Iwata's successor.
j/k I'm not inheriting a sinking ship
The Choice items would be interesting.
Anyways, if there is a Smash 4 trailer at E3, what do people expect in the trailer? All I'm expecting is 3 newcomers. I wonder if they would show any new veterans, some 3DS gameplay, or some new stages.

Nah, Smash will probably be early or mid in the show, Zelda U will close the show for sure.I think smash will close the show, gotta have the best game for wii u be the thing to close the show
at the end have the release date shown or Sakurai come on stage and say the release date
then a bonus movie plays with Mii introduced and its reggie vs iwata vs miyamoto vs sakurai
boom
So people don't respond to my question with "What if there is no Smash 4 trailer?" posts. What do you mean "if"? Why on Earth wouldn't there be a Smash trailer at E3?

I don't doubt that there would be a Smash 4 trailer, but I gotta stop those kind of smartasses before they post lol.
Isn't that Link's grab?

I don't know how I forgot that ._.
You're right.
Then how about a bug net?
Isn't that Link's grab?
Isn't that Villager's grab?
You better practice "Please understand"
I also think we'll see 3 newcomers, maybe 3 veterans too. Do you think each newcomer will get their own trailer (like every character so far), or do you think all 3 will be introduced in the same one?
I could imagine some Fire emblem Army fighting a 'Famicom Wars' Army, revealing 2 newcomers that way. It'd be a fun way to reveal 2 characters at once.
6 characters total?
That seems like a lot.
I'm predicting that we are getting assist trophy tomorrow.

Probably not. SS is a middle/upper middle tier Zelda, so if your favorite is one of the best ones, the statement is probably false.
They need to show as much as they can to get people excited.
Is that so?
is it weird I'd rather experience the CD-I games for the first time than play through SS again?
I'll bet we'll see a veteran this week.

Whoa there. Lets not get hasty and make regretful decisions.
then what are they suppose to do during the gap between E3 and release?
