Everyone should avoid this - runs like crap on Vita :-/
Yup, I love Jak 1 and am incredibly tolerant of games that don't perform well... but I couldn't get through Jak 1 due to the way it performs. It's genuinely atrocious.

The second and third games are supposed to perform better, but I don't really care about those games.

If all DLC came tied to $13 figurines, I'd consider all DLC to be free

Same here - Jak 1 was one of mine favorite PS2 games back then, the Vita version doesnt do it justice. Didnt even bother with Jak 2/3 - but good to hear that they run better.

btw. Walking Dead Vita isnt on sale in germandy ? Hmm..

Maybe I just haven't played enough, but I found it ran pretty well.

True, but if not; it's not as bad a port as everyone says. If your tolerance for tech issues is fairly high and you love the idea of portable Jak, it's fine :)

Oh yeah, it's really not as bad as I've seen claimed, but that might be due to me not hitting the point in the game where performance goes to shit.

Incredibly addictive. It's CrossPlay and CrossSave with PS3 (NOT Cross Buy) and the controls work very well.
It's a shame it's not Cross Buy, but I'd rather play it on Vita if I'm locked on one platform.
Is that a game with quests and a "fixed" length plus a sandbox world or is it more like Minecraft ?

I'd probably avoid Dustforce. Unless there's been a patch, it's boderline unplayable.
Aww :/

Thanks for the info.

How's Rainbow Moon? Never actually heard of it but just looked at the screenshots and it looks pretty cool.

I was under the impression that Jak II and III performed worse?

Pulled myself through the first but haven't bothered with the other 2 yet.

I'm usually pretty tolerant but it was awful... playable, but only just.

I'm 75% of the way through Jak 1, have completed Jak II, and never found any substantial issues. The thing that got me the most was input lag.

It's a shame it's not Cross Buy, but I'd rather play it on Vita if I'm locked on one platform.

It's certainly a lot more structured than Minecraft; there are multiple boss battles and an "end-game", but it's still very open in terms of what you do and where you go.

It's worth every penny they're asking for it. Get involved!

(Every time there's a sale, I already own everything I'm interested in. Might be best not listening to me).

I'll make it the next full-price game on Vita. :) FF X/2 is hereby pushed down one spot.

Killzone Mercenary purchased!. If I download it to my PS3 (to move across to my Vita later), will it also pull down the patches, or just the base 1.0 version, requiring updates once it's on my Vita?

Weird that MGS2 and MGS3 HD are on sale individually but PeaceWalker hasn't got a discount on its own. Ah well, guess I'll just buy all three in one seeing as how that's cheaper than buying Peacewalker HD by itself.

Not much on Vita I'm interested in because I already own most of those titles but those are some great deals for people that haven't bought them already, just stay away from Dustforce if it hasn't been patched to fix the framerate.

I haven't got too far into it but I found it to be an enjoyable SRPG from what I've played of it. The difficulty curb's a little steep at the start but once you get party members it starts to ease up a bit.

Fairly new to vita what should I buy? I'm open minded to games so with genres I'll go with anything as long as it's good.

Went with Olli Olli so far, thinking spelunky and MGS HD.

Hotline Miami if you haven't already played it. Great game.

Same goes for Thomas Was Alone. At those prices, it really isn't much of a gamble.
