Nice pick-ups. I've got Melda and Jubei.
Unboxed them today and found that my Melda's upper right thigh is faded. Not to mention one of the shoulder pieces on a detachable arm is loose somewhat. ;_;
Jubei on the other hand looks amazing! Holy shit!

Ok, enough of the theatrics, regardless, Kongo ordered, willpower destroyed, I have now set foot into KanColle hell. This could be very very bad for my wallet. Maybe I'll just add some limiters to my wallet such as only max factory KanColle......at least that might spread out my wallet burn over time? (The 3 submarine girls do nothing for me)

I am fighting it so far. I just keep saying the Nendo of her can be put in the same pose...I hope this will keep me from ordering. That and I know there are few more figs I really want that will be up for preorder at some point in the next few months. Gotta stay strong!
Unless I see a Nagato figure go up for order I am going to try to avoid it!

Hm. AmiAmi has two Xenosaga Episode I KOS-MOS by Alter in the 3k range (A-/C and B/B). Pretty cheap... maybe because everyone wants the episode III version.

Look again at the MFC page for the white uniform version. See the highlighted text underneath the picture? It was a mail-order exclusive for some magazine. If you have your heart set on it, keep an eye on Mandarake or AmiAmi pre-owned, and one might turn up.

hey now, some people have boat girl fetishes, others have singing synthesizer app girl fetishes. For me, it has nothing to do with KanColle per-say. KanColle is just the amalgamation of some of my favorite things and they happened to make a game and figures of it. I love WWII weapons especially tanks and ships and I like cuteness. I was safe from being destroyed by the two combined for 1 and a half decades that I've been into Japanese stuff. It't not my fault japan started catering to me ;.; First they brought me GuP, then Arpeggio, and now KanColle, whyyyyyyyy..... It's to me what Hyakka and Queens Blade and Miku are to many others in here.

I might splurge on that Max Factory one ragingnight posted, but for the most part, KanColle is something I'm not touching. Too much monies.
I prefer the Arpeggio style of "this is the avatar of the ship" rather than the "this is a girl with ship bits randomly attached to her".

Oh, I finally received Max Factory's Sansai Muramasa today [or rather, yesterday]. Words cannot describe her beauty.
Dude, I wasn't making fun of KanColle fans, I was just laughing at their wallets' misfortune. I will be getting every figma they make of them, I just find the scaled figures unnecessary. For me, the fun in the KanColle girls is all their gear, and the figmas are perfect for that.
Edit : Expect pictures of Arcadia's new YF-19 tomorrow. The box has been sitting in front of me for two days, I was just too shocked by the beauty of the model to break it out of it's cartboard and clear plastic shell.

It just seems to be how they denote variants. The figure you're looking for is an exusive, meaning you have to jump through one hoop or another to get it. Whether that simply be ordering it from a proxy service like Big In Japan or Nippon-Yasan, or having to be a member of a certain fan club. In this case, it seems you had to be a subscriber to a certain magazine. At this point, like I said, your best (only) bet is to keep an eye on AmiAmi pre-owned or Mandarake and hope one turns up.
