But, really, The Well is one of my favorites. Definitely a strong episode. Has alot of heart in it and definitely some good backstory.

I will get to to The Well in my rewatch soon, did not like it that much the first time, despite MacNichol (who I love from Numbers and Ally)
The basic idea of the episode was nice imho, so maybe I willm like it more the second time around.

Those are the shows - Star Trek was clearly on another level from the rest of them, though.

I think it might be the one where they rescued Coulson from the desert lab when he was with Raina?

I will keep that scene in mind and look for it, when I reach the episode.

Well I wish SHIELD would try to be more topical like the Star Trek shows, try to be about something.
Or it least be as good at world building like Hercules & Xena. During their best stretches those shows really used the fact, that they were in the same universe. But I guess the MCU is too expensive for that.
