I think he has. It's determined based on popularity, recent games etc. For Pokémon, he said he gets details on the popular Pokémon from Game Freak and decides what to include from there.

This is all from memory though so may be inaccurate or out of date.

I understand the importance of subtitle. The titles whining are getting obnoxious, and flood up the thread for no purpose. I think people should stop whining about the subtitle and stick with Smash Discussion if there is any today.

Edited: Ivysaur subtitle don't make sense because he's not officially cut from the roster yet. Along with the fact that I don't want to misguided people to believe that they are cut without any evidence. I would reconsider to revisit the idea of ivysaur subtitle if they announced it anytime before Thread 8 or Thread 9 depend how fast we are going through the threads with the hypes.
