Dead Nation is showing as full price for me, even though I downloaded it for my PS3 years ago. I have the trophies to show it. That version is no longer in my Download List. What the fuck?

Edit: Top of page recommendation: Fez. Oh God, Fez.

Come on, people, let's pimp Flying Hamster 2 all we can. It's an amazing looking Monster Boy inspired game!

Awesome gameplay video.
Kickstarter.
GAF thread.

Just backed it. Looks awesome.

Unfortunately, Flying Hamster II's Kickstarter project isn't going too well at the moment. Unless a miracle happens, it doesn't look like it'll succeed. :/ BTW the first game is on PSN and it's a really fun shooter. The HD version for Vita is only $0.49!!

Good to know, thanks!

I really want Flying Hamster II... it gives me such Sega CD feels, and it's exactly the right kinda colorful cute to work. The rotating room and belly drop gif sealed the deal for me.

How long did this take u?

Around 7~8 hours I guess. The game resets the timer on
each new game+
, so I can't be sure. That's effectively played hours, of course - sometimes I had to suspend the game to figure some things out.

And I don't know if the spoiler above is really a spoiler, but there it is.

That's got to be a placeholder. No way it launches at $29

I absolutely don't believe it'll release at $30, but Amazon guarantees their price, so yeah.

I'm getting it digitally (cheaper than importing, because Brazil) and will be ready to pay $40. Will eat crow if needed.

Might as well preorder it. Who knows when it will release. They might wait till it has the proper online mode before going gold.

Forgive me if it was already rallied up ITT, but Pixel Noir is another struggling kickstarter with Vita ambitions: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/397981048/pixel-noir-pc-mac-ios-android-ps4-vita

they need to open up their lower tiers more if they hope to succeed, but still... looks like it's got something to offer. Also, even though these games are generally small filesizes, I wish the kickstarter campaigns that target Vita would realize they could get some substantial pledges out of hardcore Vita collectors if they made a tier for physical copies and not just PC discs/usb-sticks with retro-boxes.

This looks amazing. The first doesn't actually play anything like that does it?

Did you buy it or get it free as a part of the welcome back deal? I've read that the cross-buy doesn't apply if you never actually bought the game.

Same here. No solution.

I had the same issue and called Sony. They told me that since I got it free I wasn't licensed for the cross buy. I did find it baried in my download list but said I had to buy it on the web store. I renown loaded it from my download list then it showed as free on the Vita store and web store. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately not, it's a sidescrolling shoot'em up, obviously done on a much stricter budget, but still fun and very colorful. There's a free demo for it, plus it's 49c right now at the store (I bought it today).

For that reason it seems stupid to me that they're making the game a sequel.

Call me shallow but I'm not going to back the game for that reason only. >_>

Flying Hamster 2 just comes across as stupid, like some sort of cheap arse mobile game.

It would if I could find the PS3 version in my Download List.

Unless they cancel the preorder page like they did with Dragon's Crown.

Some people still got it for the pre-Atlus price after contacting Amazon, but yeah, I can see it something like this happening with FW.

Edit: just got my vita 2000 today, from superufo. I won't talk about the hardware because we've had enough of that (yeah, it's great) but I want to throw here that this case is durable and compact, but the vita stays a little loose inside (probably due to the shape), so I'd recommend one with rounded edges since they'd have a tighter fit.

Physical versions for Vita aren't as easy to do as a PC phsycal version. With PC you just print on dvds and you are done. On Vita they would have to license the use of the format and pay for possibly expensive manufacturing.

For all the SMT and Persona fans here, there is new game in development by Atlus veterans called Lost Dimension. It's going to be released on PS3 and Vita.

The devs said in the interview that the game is inspired by SMT IV.

Here are some screens....

Here is the link to the article that has the rest of the details http://www.siliconera.com/2014/04/16/lost-dimension-looks-like-rpg-inspired-shin-megami-tensei-iv/

I'm really pumped for this, I'll tweet the hell out of Shahid to get this localized x)

Is there a way to let Vita upload all game saves to cloud automatically or do you need to enable it for each game?

Content manager > copy content > online storage > select saved data. There you can enable various at once.

Edit: but yeah, you need to enable it.
