I think it is NOT as terrible at it looks, but it might be bad, but we don't know if hugo can stuff s.MK out with either s.LP or s.MP at all, or use EX Lariat on reaction to the s.MK(Because EX Lariat has 2 hits of armor for what I remember) and also we don't know if Hugo can clap the s.MK at all

The hugo tried EX Lariat didn't he? Too slow to hit dhalsim, who recovers in time. It's a hard day of counterpoking for Hugo in that match, it looks like.

'Sim-Hugo is going to suck no matter what, Hugo is limited in this match just by virtue of his design. For what its worth, this match also sucks in SFxT. And Hugo has the same toolset in that game more-or-less, except he has no focus attack and 'Sim has no 2-hit mk. And yet its still not good. There won't be any amazing and miraculous tech that makes it a 5-5, sometimes you can just tell. And let's pretend some tech IS found: so the match will go from a 9-1 to a 7-3. Still horrible.

The GTA V one was the first time I'd seen something like that on GAF. Definitely blew my mind. That AC one is a bit too much. Length =/= quality (something we should remember when we talk about FGC tournament trailers).

As much as I love grapplers, this is the reason I've stopped playing them over the years, at least in Capcom fighters.

Arc System and SNK give grapplers very good tools to work with so it's not such an uphill battle.
