I have already seen this, but I think its kind of cool someone actually went and drew an entire opening to go along with the theme. You usually see people just taking existing footage of something and play it over an anime opening.
Of course its not like just drawing this would be easy, but you get the point.

I didn't notice the forearm thing before, but honestly, the rest doesn't bother me too much. I've always been under the impression that Samus is a super contortionist, and the shoulder and foot seem normal to me for someone double jointed *Shrugs*
He wrote Fusion, so his word is pretty much God.
It's a pity because there was obviously a lot of untapped potential in the whole Samus has Metroid DNA thing, especially when Metroid's are extinct.
To be fair, Zamus is easily the worst-looking character in stills.
Someone find the pic where her head is rotated nearly 180 degrees.

I think there was a post in the last thread that said a new Metroid should start with ZSS then progress to the Power Suit. Then you can switch between the suits for different combat scenarios. TBH I think we're getting an announcement at E3, it's been almost 4 years.

Well, the last X that she absorbed was her complete DNA prior to being infected by the X and receiving the metroid DNA, so it restored her to her normal state I guess. She can use the ice beam in the final boss battle and the whole reason she couldn't before was because of the metroid DNA.
Yoshio Sakamoto said in Interview: "When she absorbed the core of the SA-X (the perfect condition of Samus), she basically reconstituted her genetic condition. She didn't recover the physical damage of her amputated suit, but she did recover her genetic condition."
Well... you could interpret that more than one way.
Prime's explanation was that she was converted into pure energy when she used the morph ball and the Science Team took the idea of the morph ball a bit too literally when they tried to recreate the technology.
But Prime probably doesn't have any bearing on the series at large until Retro gets their hands on it again.

Just ignore the previous plot threads and make a new story. Metroid Prime 2 had te right approach; whole new alien world.
What's the point of switching to the Zero Suit? Keep in mind the power suit does not hinder Samus's mobility in Metroid.
I do love the idea of switching suits though, with different suits providing different ways of traversing terrain.
Zero suit enhances nothing, so I agree. Well, unless she literally needs to crawl.

It's at the end of the post-credits sequence. Samus takes off her suit and then leaves it off for the escape sequence.
Because this is Other M and Other M is shit, this part makes no Goddamn sense.

Just think that after Other M Samus' ship gets contaminated with the X virus and is destroyed, sending everything inside of it out into space forever, making the entire event even more pointless.

Sorry, that was worded weirdly. I just meant that I think sakurai was considering putting Issac in Brawl, but didn't have the time or resources. Therefore, had Dark Dawn sold better, Issac might have made the cut this time around.
