I also can't remember Patton Oswalt taking a long term gig on anything. He seems happy to guest star for a couple of episodes as he's done recently on Parks & Rec, Justified, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Modern Family, etc...

Unless they show Ward and Garrett leaving hand-in-hand, I doubt the satellite footage will show anything interesting. In the rooftop scene they're playing the role of agent and detainee.

Ward is following orders: Scrub the team and bring Skye to Garrett.

They probably dropped the guise in the aftermath of the raid and you could see Ward helping Garret and his ment transport things to the chopper on the roof etc.

Well it would show that The Fridge was secure until after Ward and Garrett entered, then show all the criminals as well as Ward and Garrett leaving. It would directly conflict with Ward's story.

Dollhouse as well. I think he was in two episodes of that.

He was in most of United States of Tara, which lasted 3 seasons.

my imaginary
Next episode: Agent Lanyard And Captain Of Fucking Up Interrogations is shipped off to Tahiti, Skye gets Hydra-hair, Ward gets shot, agent Coulson still hasn't got Tony Stark on speed-dial to fuck Deathlok up, Agent May refuses to age, FritzSimmons becomes TripSimmons and HandFritz while Garrett preps for a trip to LV-426.

I didn't know Fitz was into necrophilia...

King Of Queens?

Also, how does Hulu watchers factor into ratings or rather, how a studio perceives it's shows success. And do OTA watchers count for ratings? I just cut the cord on my cable Wednesday.

OTA and cable factor into ratings.
Hulu does not.

The more important question is, how much money does the show make on Hulu, and does it help the network in some form?

Ads on Hulu look limited to me, not many are shown, and the selection is limited.
My gut tells me, it is not much money.

Thanos has the Space Jam :)

Yes, it is improved since Cap2 boost, but it is still not great. However this picture is.

I would say that the last episode kind of broke through a quality glass ceiling for the series. It wasn't the (very enjoyable) schlock of the last two Winter Soldier tie ins, with was the fll blown realization of the potential from the previous weeks Coulson side of the plot, but more than that it was quality TV on its own merits, not just a very fun guilty pleasure. We will have to see where it goes from there though.

Would guess that he's relatively set $-wise and is just doing stuff he finds fun/rewarding now. He's got syndication checks to cash for a long while.

His stories from that shoot are hilarious. (anecdote is about halfway down the page)

Then I remember one day on the set—they let everyone pick their own clothes—there was one black actor who was also kind of a club kid. And he wore this shirt with the word “Garbage” on it in big stylish letters. It was his shirt. And Wesley came down to the set, which he only did for close-ups. Everything else was done by his stand-in. I only did one scene with him. But he comes on and goes, “There’s only one other black guy in the movie, and you make him wear a shirt that says ‘Garbage?’ You racist motherfucker!”

I can't stop laughing.

He may not be a great actor, but I still generally enjoy seeing him. He just seems like he loves the work, and isn't jaded about the whole deal. I assume he's great to work with.

Alright. Deathlok's design has annoyed me enough to make me try to concept a version myself.

Basically, I put him in tactical gear and gave it a color palette closer to the comics. Dude is basically the Terminator. He should look intimidating and scary when he walks in to a room and it just makes more sense to be dressed like that as opposed to the weird pseudo superhero outfit they have him in. Not to mention J. August Richards is a little too skinny to be running around in a skin tight suit.

Also, cyber face.

Whoa, that's fantastic!

Much better than what we got. And it would be cheap to make.

TV Deathlok already has metal in his head and a red eye under the fake skin, all they need to do is make him take a hit that tears it off the side of his face.

I have a question and maybe it's been talked about but,..

Why did Patton Oswalt stop holding a gun on Ward after he said he liked Skye? How did that change the fact that he had just lied on the previous three or so questions about Hydra?
