I think the win/loss thing you're referring to is player 1 or player 2. Would have made more sense if was recording wins though.

Well it's not free like Cammy or Ibuki's set ups that are mid screen and doesn't require meter let alone 2 bars. Getting in that position with the necessary meter isn't easy. But if he gets it, it's basically a wrap since he'll hurt you more than anybody else in the game with probably just the exception of Sakura(not including Ultra combos).

Lil Evil got really impatient though. Evil Ryu can lame out Guile if he has the lead but he got himself in bad positions and threw fireballs at bad ranges. This is basically how I get bodied by fireball zoners as well.
