I thought no future Sony games would have online passes with the launch of the PS4.

Well I'm just as confused as you are. I don't have a PS4 so I assumed that PS4 games didn't have Online passes while PS3/Vita games would continue to have them.
I believe it was only PS4 games that wouldn't have online passes. Though I could just be remembering wrong. I guess the whole "now you have to pay for online multiplayer!" reason wouldn't really extend to the PS3/Vita.

I sucked six dicks to get this tag.
So have finished FeZ , what a nice little game , not the cup of tea of many but still a very well done port(PSVita) the game feels like it was intended for the device.
I also finished Dead Nation , it is a good game , just what i needed and looks far better on the Vita than the screenshots.

Honestly, I am *amazed* that I managed to scour enough willpower to actually play FFXHD's Vita to the point where Auron joins the team.
And even so, I neglected it again after that. Ugh, so many buy then forget stuff in my Vita...
At least I didn't crazy enough to buy COD Vita

Anyone else have trouble loading up the PS store and the 'what's new' section on ps4?
This happens regularly, nothing will load so I have to restart the console and it's usually ok.

Atleast you've earned a trophy. My cycle goes like this...
-Starts game. Extremely Hyped.
-Goes to GAF to rave about the game, or get called to work on a project. Lost sense of time.
-Forgot to actually play the game.
-Turns off the vita.
Had the games actually have some "Steam card drops" on them, I could actually have some dough with my insane "playing time".

Well you access it via regular internet browser on a PC or Laptop.
Takes to the webstore, you buy what you want then get on your PS4 and download the game from your download list.

That's pretty much exactly what I did Atletir totori plus. I don't remember if I actually earned a Trophy or not though :lol Was hyped up to play it after having paid $21 or how much it cost the single time it went on sale. Played for an hour and didn't even finish the tutorial. I should get back to that >_>

For some reason i was bored and started browsing psn store and i noticed this as well.
Not sure if its an official sale but this is the lowest price its been, afaik its never gotten a price drop.

So I've been ignoring Soul Sacrifice although I bought it day one (stupid): should I just play it or it would be better to wait for Delta? Since I am pretty sure I am going to get it anyways.
I am quite sure do delta is the original plus expanded content. Since the save carries.over, you can just play SS now, and transition seamlessly into delta.

Reason I ask is that I could not find any "past downloads" menu on ps4 and I really cant download huge games until june/july. I know there is a list in notification but things can be removed from there so it's not the same thing.

I'd play some of the original now then transfer the save. The story stuff is completely new.
On the main menu on the PS4 scroll all the way to the right and go to your Library. Anything in your purchase/download history that can be used on the PS4 will be there.

Instead of plugging my DS4 into my ps4 to charge, I just use my vita2k charger which has mini USB and that way I'm not tethered into the console with a short USB cable.

Aha thanks, so if I want a specific ps+ game but dont want to download it say until months down the line I'll just "buy" it, start the download, cancel the download and simply re-download it from the Library? (as long as I have a sub of course)
I tried to do this with my DS3 using my windows tablet, but it seems the tablet doesn't output enough power to charge the controller or something.
