I think to start with they will show first party games we know (The Order, Uncharted, DriveClub etc) with new game play and then announce release dates for the Last of us and the Order: 1886.

Then they will move onto Indie games show a bunch of new ones on stage similar to last years and an indie highlights trailer. Once done with that they will show new game play from The witness, N++ and Rime giving release dates for those three. Also a section on No Man Sky announcing console exclusivity for it.

After the indies I think they will move to third party games from Ubisoft. Showing the new AC (next gen and old), more the crew and the division info/ game play. Possibly Far Cry 4 (though think Ubisoft will do that at their own conference).

Once done with Ubisoft they will possibly announce PS4 sales to date (if above 8mill) and new features coming with the next update and PS+ for July. Also around here will be a Vita/ Morpheus/ PS Now sections.

Then Sony will move onto new first party games like the Last Guardian and new ports like GTAV. Also gameplay on stage of FFXV.

Then finally the end of the conference announcing the return of Crash (in partnership with Activision) coming this holiday season.

The Order, Driveclub new trailers. First real look at Uncharted no matter if it is going smooth or not. Project Beast and TLG trailers. That's it for the 1st party AAA efforts.

Ubisoft spends a long ass time showing the new AC. Square has their own little segment showing some Eidos games+XV+another tech demo type teaser for KH3 like they did in October so they can slap another ad for the new HD collection to the end.

Vita get's a quick look at few smaller titles like Murasaki Baby and whatnot. No AAA announcements. Maybe a fast montage for ToH:R, Freedom Wars ect. Gravity Rush 2 if we are REALLY lucky.

And of course a bunch of indies/smaller titles. Some old returning/new franchises for PSN/smaller developer like Sanzaru. Housemarque shows something like Dead Nation 2/Resogun expanded.

Guerilla will show their new game at Gamescom. Maybe.

edit: oh and Batman is probably there too. Also GTAV remaster+TLOU remaster. And Destiny of course. Diablo 3 if we are unlucky.

Also sales numbers gloating (8-9 million or something like that) and PSNow talk.

AC Black Flags announced as freebie PS+ title for PS4.

Also they will ''introduce'' the new SCEA boss with something good like Uncharted.

They have to do a games blow out with this one. Last year they had the february reveal and a console to release, so they could just focus on near launch games. Now they need to bring the big guns. Indies are there, but big, ambitious projects are still somewhat thin on the ground.

All I want from them mostly is games, games and more games announcements, hopefully some for soon this year. In particular, I'm really looking forward to seeing are more KH3/FFXV info!
Probably expect stuff to appear like Destiny, Order 1886, Drive Club, AC5, Uncharted 4, Shadow of the Beast perhaps, new Guerilla IP, maybe more of Media Molecule IP, maybe more of Quantic Dream IP. I think some more indie stuff will appear too, maybe the likes of The Witness, SOMA, Everybody's Gone to Rapture and Rime and probably new ones.
These are the more realistic things to happen.

What I'd really love to see, but may not happen... Lots of Vita game announcements! (Would love to see some from Square Enix espicially!), a revival of Vita would be awesome! (But you can see why I'm hesitant in believing in this... ha ha)
Would like to see a little more of a tease about Project Morpheus too... Maybe any improvements or whatever since GDC.
God of War 4 would be amazing, (Or just anything from Santa Monica for that matter). Crash Bandicoot would too be awesome, but can't see it happening. New Ratchet & Clank...possibly... Would love a new Jak & Daxter too, again maybe unlikely since ND are working on Uncharted 4... I'd like a new Sly too, but...Sly 4 disappointed me honestly...

Not really sure where to put this...but The Last Guardian...seems to be being more talked more lately, if this E3 still isn't the right time, I don't know when we can ever hope to see it, if we ever do, ha ha. I want to say its likely we'll at least hear something about it at E3, but... you never know with this, ha ha.

So yeah, for the most part, I think its just delievering on games, I expect. Some surprise announcements would probably be a win for Sony, though I would think MS have some in store too..., unless they want to focus on TV again, ha ha.
In terms of the show, I think Sony will be more intreresting to me already because of likely having KH3/FFXV on stage, but maybe they'll go over to X1 this time, (They better not!). X1 may have MGS V again though, so who knows.

It's suppose to be coming out in this year, but we haven't gotten anything since the initial reveal except for some light details. I don't think they can wait until TGS, unless they plan on missing their target date.

Also, Kingdom Hearts III and FFXV. Square Enix did a good job last year letting fans know they realize what they want and are working on it. Now they need to make sure they keep fans updated while they wait. No letting KHIII become the next Beyond Good & Evil II, or FFXV become the next....well, FFVersusXIII.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers this game! Bayonetta 2 and Lily Bergamo are the only character action games coming out so far, so I'm definitely looking forward to this game. Guilty Gear Xrd will be at E3 with a US release date and if Lily Bergamo is there, I'll be set.
