Yes. In case you don't remember or never knew to begin with (and I don't expect people to know/care about this kind of crap to begin with), the avatar was originally Detective Chimp before it got Cranky-fied after Cranky at the VGAs. So, that's not just a random homage to Sherlock Holmes.
