I'm certainly more interested in those, yes. I also do make jokes on occasion, which almost invariably fall flat because they 1) aren't funny or 2) take people so by surprise that they don't actually think it's a joke.

This problem is only exacerbated by my particular sense of humor, which is dry and sardonic. It doesn't translate well over the internet even in the best of times.

I feel the need of a "work email" helps too. It's surprising to hear how many people don't register because they don't have one.

While I agree that mod posts generally show that the mods here actually know a thing or two I've found gaf far too controlling and far far too quick to ban websites and users.

IMO, this also applies a bit to gaf users, generally a gaf user seems to have a few more brain cells than some other forums.
