They're just using the same engine as before.

If you consider the small Pokedex of XY, they probably just had a lot of time problems due to the move into a 3D models game.

That was one of my OTHER major disappointments with that game.
Here's hoping Omega Ruby doesn't have a terrible plot or that'd be all three. Not sure how you can mess up ruby though...

Gen 4 remakes are going to be glorious. Without the technical issues Diamond and Pearl will hopefully finally get the recognition they deserve.

People keep saying it came out of nowhere but it came on the heels of the investor meeting. Makes total sense to churn out another game in Nintendo's best selling series when both the Wii U and the 3DS are underperforming. That's been one a year for quite a while.

Edit: I just realized the meeting hasn't started yet. I was referring to the net operating loss reported in the other thread.
