Nintendo Fiscal Meeting - Over

The NFP project is going to be multi-generational, I bet.

This thing is going to last *years*.

Imagine if you can use this on the QOL device, or 3rd parties can get into the act.

If a game like Yokai Watch can get NFP figurines, or Puzzle and Dragons. It is over. Your wallet is finished. Just sell your damn house to pay for the damn figurines, and move back to your mom's house.

Nintendo not selling hardware at a loss anymore is the only news I need to hear. Now, focus on games and different IPs, Nintendo. DO IT.

Then why do you thnk is an account system?

Also, about you comment of taking things seriously: This is neogaf.

I didnt say its an account system. Gibbon mentioned saves to carry around. The obvious way to do this in 2014 is an account system. It was a joke since everyone loves to piss on their account system. It will be some figurine to exchange data between different games on 3DS / Wii U or unlock stuff. Jeez, some of you jump on everything. ^^

There's screencaps from 3 games blurred out on that NFP slide. I wonder what they are? I thought the one behind Game A looked like a NSMB game.

They currently don't have enough Wii Us to provide for 3.8 million sales now??? someone needs to ask them what happened to the 6 million or so they expected to sell in the last quarter of 2013.

They didn't and it isn't hidden at all.

Ooh thanks that's clever, I'd call that hidden with style.

This all sounds a bit ridiculous. NFC toys? honestly? I know skylanders and Disney Infinity exist but I don't see that his is the type of thing to save dying consoles.

But the reactions here seem to suggest that its a good move.

QoL a 2017 release. Hahahaha go home Iwata you're drunk. Seriously though, no more Nintendo profits, no more just one game boasting, the plan for Wii U for the rest of 2014 is two games - he's fired, right?

Iwata - we are preparing for next generation hardware as always doing, when release? Difficult to declare..

Since the Wii U is no longer selling at a loss, does this mean all the doom and gloom can stop? Is this thread worthy?

Why would it stop? Is their handheld business no longer in jeopardy? Is their home console marketshare no longer non-existent? There's more to being a thriving, profitable company than simply not selling a particular piece of hardware at a loss.
